Not much: Pustule is a small abscess and furuncle is an abscess of a hair follicle. An abscess is a collection of pus in any tissues.

Abscess: Abscess- infection of subcutaneous tissue or organ>1cm pusutle is a tiny abscess. A furuncle is an infection of hair follicle, can become an abscess if untreated.
