Which company offers the best quality of herceptin (trastuzumab)?

Genentech: The US patent on trastuzumab ("Herceptin") expires in June of 2019, so only Genentech is allowed to produce it. In Europe, the patent expired in June of 2014, but I don't know if the European Medicines Agency has yet approved any biosimilars ("generics").
