Breast growth: Assuming that you are not gaining weight , but your breasts are increasing in size, it is possible that since you are probably still pre-menopausal, your ovaries are becoming more difficult to stimulate (higher FSH levels) and therefore more estrogen is being produced. This will affect breast size just like going from age 8 to age 16 when estrogen begins to stimulate breast tissue.

There is no: Specific time that breasts stop growing. The breasts enlarge naturally with weight gain, puberty, pregnancy and breast-feeding. Some oral contraceptives can be associated with increase in breast size in some women (sometimes). Building up pectoral muscles can lead to the breasts sitting on the chest wall in a manner that is attractive but will not increase cup size.
