Near drowning: ABC first: establish and maintain the airway, provide ventilation (mouth-to-mouth or bag-valve-mask), then chest compression if there is no pulse. subsequently, pay attention to hypothermia: passive warming: warm blankets, heat lamp over the patient and consider warm IV fluid
