Double Chin: Usually a double chin refers to fullness of the soft tissues of the neck. This can be caused by weight gain. Sometime patient complain of excess loose skin of the neck. This is usually caused by gaining, or skin laxity from weight loss. There are treatments to decrease the fullness and/or tighten the lax skin available if this bothers you.
