Longevity: Humans can live to be 100 years old or older. Do a web search for "The Blue Zone" on the internet. These are areas in the world where people consistently live longer than 100 years old. You can see the things they have in common: nutrition, exercise, sleep, etc. Your diet is very important. Stay away from processed foods. Eat a diet rich in vegetables and fruits with a small amount of meat.
