Definitely not: Female genital cutting or circumcision is criminal in all civilized countries. It is a perversion of Islam in some backward, primitive African & Middle Eastern societies. Involves amputation of clitoris to remove future erotic pleasure. Some GYN surgeons call " adult female circumcision" trimming hooded skin over clitoris to increase erotic pleasure.
