Can lipozene make you fail a drug test?

No: it does not contain any of the usual stimulants that can give false positives for amphetamines. However, even when there is a false positive, that should not be a "fail" on a drug test since ALL positives on screening tests need to be confirmed with more sophisticated testing like gas chromatography/mass spectrography or similar tests. If they don't do this, you may have legal recourse to dispute.
