Laser hair removal: is laser based, doesn't matter where. It is the best way to permaenently remove hair, but make sure a board certified laser specialist determines which wavelength laser you need (it is based on your skin type)

Wrong question: There is laser hair removal. It can be very effective but not for everybody. There is no Brazilian laser but there are lasers in Brazil.
