Probably: Nothing more as bleeding and soreness are really the main symptoms. Just make sure you practice safe sex to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases, which means condoms at least. You may also want to consider so other form of birth control.

It'll get better.: Assuming the sexual activity you describe was wanted and that you were not harmed (as in rape), a little bleeding and soreness is probably within the range of normal. If these symptoms don't get better automatically, check with your doctor. I wouldn't expect you would have other symptoms - and it will get better. After all, most people seem to keep having sex!
