No such thing: Hi. Some species have a bone in the penis, and bones can fracture. Humans do NOT have a penis bone, and the human penis cannot fracture. The term "boner" comes from the stiffness of the erect penis, and is NOT an anatomical description. If you have blood coming out of your penis, it's not because anything fractured...you need to see your doctor.
