Penile bruising: With "rough sex" as with any injury, a blood vessel may break and cause swelling at the base of the penis. This swelling will push the penis to one side or the other as the injury is not symmetrical. If this does not subside in the next 7-10 days, see a urologist for an exam and treatment.
