Not without help: In general, you can't get pregnant without having sex. (Unless you have help from an infertility specialist and have in-vitro fertilization or artificial insemination). A light period doesn't mean you are pregnant. Best wishes!

Pregnancy?: Without interaction with a male and some release of seminal fluid it is not possible to be pregnant, but even if the penis was not in the vagina, semen can travel into the vagina from the surrounding area. If your period is light, to be certain, get a serum HCG test to make sure you are not pregnant.
