Dysmenorrhea: Some women get cramps before their period starts. Some women can also have endometriosis. It will be good to try starting a new pack every 21 days to avoid a period and see if your cramps resolve. That would help to solve the problem as well. Good Luck!

Cramps before period: Is it every month? Do you have ovarian cysts or endometriosis? is there a discharge? may be vaginal infection or overgrowth of mycoplasma/ureoplasma/yeast. Or may not be related, may just be gastroenteritis. Do you have diarrhea? irritable bowel? food intolerances? Discuss w/MD/urgent care/telemedicine
