Blisters are not: normal, you should see your laser doctor to evaluate. This is why it is imperative to have a board certified dermatologist, plastic surgeon and member of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery doing your laser and they should be able to help you immediately. Hopefully it is just hyper pigmentation and sunscreen and a lightener will heal the area
