Bacterial Vaginosis: A discharge with a strong odor after intercourse is frequently something called Bacterial Vaginosis. Its not an STD. Its just an overgrowth of a certain type of bacteria. Your Gyn can treat it with antibiotics if this is confirmed on exam. Best wishes!
