Doctors orders!: Since your physician went to medical school and spent many years training and learning about taking care of you, I'd simply follow her advice. Who knows where "the internet" did its training! Keep in mind there are so many cases in medicine where there is a range of " answers" and two choices can be "right." Best of luck!
