RequiresSpecialCare: You're probably right, at least for a good while. That area has to heal real Well. You have to make sure there's no infection, no HIV and that the fissures heal completely. Meticulous hygiene every day. Stool softener. This will all require the advice of a doctor who can examine you. I'd recommend a proctologist. They're really into it down there. The rest of us are limited in what we can do
