Hair folliculitis?: This may represent folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles), especially if you shave hair in this area. If you have no redness, pain, discharge or other forms of discomfort, then no need to worry much..otherwise check with a gynecologist of dermatologist

Needs an exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. You may be just seeing hair follicles. An experienced Obgyn should be able to determine the cause with an exam
