?Question: I am still unaware of your question here. If you feel nauseous, you may vomit, or hopefully the feeling will pass without vomiting. If the feeling continues, call your Dr. for an appt.

Uncertain.: Usually, one can't rely on the presence of a watery mouth to tell whether or not he or she will vomit. I think the feeling of nausea would be a more reliable indicator. Once that feeling has gone away, vomiting would be unlikely. If you're having frequent nausea, or the cause is uncertain, then you should see your doctor. Good luck.
