I would strongly: Encourage you to avoid consider something like this. Altering your period requiring significant hormonal manipulation and ideally wouldn't be done out of short term convenience - sometimes people have to related to severe pain or bleeding - but just trying to delay or stop one cycle of bleeding would be less than ideal for your body.
