the most i go without bleeding ( out of my rectum) has been about 3 days over the last 2 months. a lot of times it is nothing but blood. any ideas?

See your doctor!: Painless rectal bleeding is most often hemorrhoids but this is way too much bleeding, over too long a time, to attribute to hemorrhoids. You did not mention how old your are but you should have an anorectal examination and a colonoscopy to determine exactly what is causing the bleeding. The the right thing can be done
