Periods: Many women can have irregular periods or spotting for a variety of reasons, including due to stress. However, because of the persistence, I would recommend seeing your Family Doctor or Gynecologist for a check-up and blood work, including a blood pregnancy test, to rule out pregnancy and other rare but more serious causes.
