Drink fluids/ER: Sounds like gastroenteritis. Note you took your BP. Are you a health care worker? Most cases of gastroenteritis do not require special treatment, they are self limiting. Is your case one of the few that do? If you can drink fluid do. Then you must decide if you need to go to the ER. There is not much that your doctor can do on the phone.
