Since you have: seen your doc, simply change soaps and see if things resolve. If not, return to the doc. Peace and good health. I know folks who cannot use Irish spring.

Contact dermatitis : This sounds like contact dermatitis which can develop after using something without problems in the past. It is best to avoid all dyes, deodorants,and perfumes in the vaginal area. Things like Aveeno (oatmeal) and Dove for sensitive skin are best. Hope this helps.
