Don 't see doc yet: After ovulation the egg vanishes within about 24 hours. If during this time there is no sperm present to impregnate the egg, then there will be no pregnancy. If the charting is accurate you should not have conceived. I would not rely on it, though. If you did conceive, it will take about a week for a pregnancy test to show results.
