Fairly easy: Simple home methods are pretty successful in comparison to the best likelihood you can get of about 25% per month chance of conception. http://www.babymed.com/home-artificial-insemination-get-pregnant-turkey-baster-method BUT don't use condoms since they are built to LOWER pregnancy any additives (lube, preservatives, rubber softeners, SPERMACIDE) will only be evaluated in lowring pregnancy.

Not sure: To be honest, this is not something that I would say most MD's commonly are trained to give advice on. Why are you not going through a sperm bank for storage?
