That is confusing!: If you are having heavy bleeding with positive pregnancy test at home then I would go back to the OB/GYN for a recheck. They may want to check your blood hormone levels several days in a row to determine the actual level of hormones and whether they are going up or down. An ultrasound may also be necessary to see what is happening inside the uterus (pregnancy, fibroid, abnormal growth)
