A member asked:

When i wear a liner there's no blood , when i put a tamppn on there is little blood. when i wipe there's alot of blood. why is this ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Proximity & storage: A tampon is closest to the cervical opening where the menstrual blood comes out. The vagina can collect a significant amount of blood before it comes out to the outside. Wiping hard can squeeze some of the blood out of the vagina and therefore it appears heavier.
