Highly unlikely: Primary cancer in the stomach is incredibly rare in children. Stomach cancer in persons under the age of 18 accounted for less than 0.11% of all stomach cancers over a 20 yr period. So, while it's not impossible, I would look else where to explain whatever symptoms might be occurring.
