Not implantation: for sure. Most of what people say online about "implantation" is nonsense. Sounds plausible for a ruptured cyst, but that's guessing. Whenever a patient - like you - chooses the word "severe" I'd recommend getting an exam with an ultrasound. Hope this helps, hope you feel better!
