No - it's quite safe: I guess I'd not put my last dollar on it, but I'll bet that the smell of burning marijuana isn't either (as long as there's sufficient air to breathe). At this time, as long as no one tampered w/ it, the most dangerous aspect is the illegality still true in most localities. It was inconsiderate of your cousin to place you into that jeopardy if so. Relax. Ask that it not happen again if you agree.
