Probably lo E: Hi Lois 466 At 20 years, the most common cause of spotting (small amounts of bleeding between regular periods) is a decrease in Estrogen. Could be stress, could be ovulation, or it could be more serious. If nothing else is amiss, I would keep careful calendar for several months and then consult your practitioner.
