Very low: Vision problems with Viagra (sildenafil) occur in 2-11% of patients. Most of these are transient like color changes or blurring. These are usually dose-related meaning more likely with higher doses such as 100mg. More serious complications like optic nerve damage are fewer than 2% (Probably more like 0.01%) Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Very small: permanent visual impairment from Viagra (sildenafil) is small. I don't know the exact percentages. Good luck to you!
