Not clear...: When did the bleeding happen? Right after the sexual act? If so it could be that during sex the vaginal tissue might had been wounded especially if it was rough sex. If this happened days after then it would be wise to have a pregnancy test done. If negative and the bleeding stopped then I would just suggest to observe for any other new changes. If any symptoms see a gynecologist for exam.

Bleeding: If you are bleeding right after sex that is more indicative of some trauma or possible infection. This probably needs to be checked.
