See your doctor: have urinalysis done, and see your doctor for follow up. This isn't normal, and could spell trouble. You may need to change your diet per your lab and urine results. Don't delay! You may need to be referred to a kidney specialist if warranted.

Pain: This could be kidney discomfort or it could be musculoskeletal discomfort which is positional. If your symptoms persist, visit your physician for evaluation and he/she will order a urinalysis with a microscopic exam to look for red or white blood cells and abnormal quantities of protein,etc. If it's felt advisable, ultrasound of the kidneys will be ordered to look for stones,growths,blockages
