You need an exam now: Likely have something wrong with your cervix. Young women like you often have a vulnerable transformation zone, aka ectropion, the fragile lining of the inside of your cervix exposed on the outside of your cervix. Other sources of "postcoidal bleeding" are traumatized polyp, Nabothian cyst, cervicitis from an infection, or dysplasia. Get a speculum exam, wet mount, GC/CT & Pap. No sex until then.
