Hard to tell: Many women have only subtle signs of ovulation. If you are trying to get pregnant, you might benefit from testing for ovulation with a urine ovulation test kit. If you are trying to avoid pregnancy, a reliable form of birth control would be recommended so you don't have to worry about conceiving
