Hot a lot: I don't know your age but if you have those symptoms you do need medical care. A common cause is fairly advanced hyperthyroidism - too much thyroxine being made in your thyroid. There are several other reasons for your heat discomfort and you should make an appointment to see your doctor soon. He/she will your history, examine you, and order appropriate labs.
