Hopefully, yes: It is common to have spotting several days after taking Plan B, and it is not possible to tell if the discharge you experienced was related to the hormone change or ovulation or even bacterial vaginitis. Your timing of Plan B was good (13 hrs) , but I suggest a pregnancy test in a few weeks if you don't get a full period.
