Not always: When the fetal production factory is in operation (pregnancy), it uses up raw materials and nutrients at an incredible rate to produce the finished product. It is O.K. for the factory worker (you) to be tired. Just make sure that you take your prenatal iron/vitamin every day with a good balanced diet so that that new "shiny product" is healthy.
