Perhaps: I don't have all the facts, clearly, but if the story is concerning for rapid progression in symptoms referrable to the heart, and especially if your husband has cardiac risk factors like high cholesterol, diabetes, high BP, or smoking, one could consider doing heart testing earlier, particularly if there are EKG abnormalities or abnormal blood work.
