See below: Tubal pregnancy is one of the known adverse effect of the implant. Nausea has also been described up to 10% (reported in some studies). Gall bladder disease has also been reported (leading to GI distress including nausea) If your pregnancy test is negative (repeated after two weeks also) and ultrasound show no tubal pregnancy then see your physician for management of your issue
