What is good to treat a bite with? unsure of the source

Go see ur family doc: Warmth/heat is a good start for infections (while ice/cold is good for injuries). Without knowing anything more about bite (location, depth, source, etc), it's difficult to make any more recommendations. Best to have your family doc evaluate bite to determine if treatment (besides warmth & washing area) is even necessary. If it's been more than 10yrs since Tetanus vaccine, get that updated.
