ER or Ob/Gyn MD eval: Your history of a short menstrual cycle & now Left lower pelvic pain, breast pain and vaginal discharge are of concern. Need to have pregnancy test done and see Ob/Gyn MD and may need pelvic ultrasound also. Cysts on the ovary can cause pain and ectopic pregnancy can also cause pelvic pain & abnormal bleeding. If pain increases, go to nearest ER. Need to have workup now
