Intermenstrual: bleeding. Needs to be investigated by a gyn specialist. It could be due to infection of cervix or trauma to the cervix or could be due to hormonal problems or cancer or the cervix. Also other causes such as fibroid tumor of the uterus , adenomyosis, endometriosis , cervical polyps type problems can give you similar symptoms and needs to be ruled out. Take care.
