Gallbladder/PUD: It may be irritation due to your peptic ulcer disease. It may also be related to your gallbladder. Best place to start is at your doctor's office. If he/she finds any abdominal tenderness, you might need an ultrasound or an x-ray. In the end, it may also be a pulled muscle. it is hard to say with the limited information.
