Excessive means...: There's really "almost" no such thing as excessive masturbation. If you 1) lose your job, 2) flunk out of school, 3) your girlfriend/wife leaves you, 4) you are arrested - for masturbation that's excessive. Also if you cause burns, blisters, or other injury to your penis. Otherwise, masturbation will not harm your penis (or you.)
