if you're cramping seven days (if fertilized) but not spotting (before your period) is this an early sign of pregnancy?

Cramping: Impossible to blame the cramps on an early pregnancy, but it is possible. If you girl friend is late have her to a home pregnancy test, and follow up with her gyn.
