Ouch!: This is a terrible problem to have when you are on your period! You may need a stronger antinflammatory for your cramps if 800 mg of motrin isn't cutting it. We use a prescription strength antiinflammatory in this case called naproxen in a stronger 500 mg dosing. This should easy up your cramping so you can have your BM without period pain.
